HTC TyTN vs DOPOD 838 PRO?

Hi,

Im debating in buying either a HTC TyTN or a DOPOD 838 PRO. I know that they are more or less the same machine(HTC Hermes). But im wondering if anyone who has tried both first hand, or researched both can give me some insight.

Ive been reading about alot of problems for both. Which one would people say is more stable and has less problems?

which one comes with better software bundled?

Which one has a better build quality?

Is the housing/case both the same material?

Any experts please give me some opinions. Im going crazy deciding which of the 2 to get. Ill be ordering online so i wont get to see them first hand. Also warranty is not an issue.
