guys a major dissapointed - line 2 does not work. i have made the registry edit as described here:

How did you app unlock the M3100 dude? Or does it come with a signed registry editor?

Which one are you on then? The Panther jobby? OCS and GPRS team were able to tell me nothing about this. They thought I might have confused "£8pcm for unlimited data transfer" with "Up to 8MB download speeds with our free BBand offer".

i just downloaded phm registry editor (in cab form - activesync form failed) from the web and installed it - it did not raise any security issues??

Could have been the Orange/HTC signed registry editor as that would work without problems. Either that or the SPV M3100 isn't as locked down as previously suggested...
