Basically, Baught a 3.5mm - 2.5mm adaptor 6 days ago... No confirmation email, no sign of the adaptor...

Emailed smesolutions support 2 days ago and modaco support yesterday and have had no reply. Have tried phoning and no1 picked up...

Its a joke! ... I want my item or my money back!

Is there any1 else I can contact?
