Phone turning off during call?

I just got an O2 Mini XDA II (think it's the same as the Jam) and a couple of times today it simply hung up on the call and turned off.    I powered it back on again and checked the battery.  Main was at 36% and backup at 100%.   I tried to make another call and it did it again.

Any ideas?
