Guest jonlad Posted September 6, 2006 Report Share Posted September 6, 2006 My speaker on M600 packed up last night, apparently for no particular reason. The one on the front of the handset works fine during calls but the one on the back - not a dicky bird. Using the supplied hands free kit all the sound that should come from the rear speaker ie music, ringtones, stylus taps works fine so I'm sure it's not a settings fault. I tried a hard reset just in case which made no difference. I rang OCS early this morning (got straight through :D ) they said they would refer it to tech support and call me back - still waiting. Even tho normally a new one is offered only within the first 28 days and I'm past that they're sending a new one. Now that's not bad, lets look at the evidence...... 14.21 post on MoDaCo giving 24 hours ultimatum 14.42 OCS ring to say new handset on way to be delivered within the next 12 hours ... :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
