I can't hear calls using the phone and the main speaker only works when there is an incoming call to play the ring tone, no other sounds are heard. Everything works fine though with the headset in. Guest jimbouk Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 Its a common fault. The microswitch in the headset socket has stuck in the wrong position. You can try pushing the headset jack in and out a few times, use the end of a paperclip to try to fix it - or get Orange to replace it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
