Does anyone know a quick way of transfering mp3 files from pc to the samsung? Just transfered 10 tracks and it took ages, I dragged the files from my pc hard drive to 'my sounds' on the phone. It seemed to take an eternity to convert the files???

Which mode are you using on your phone to transfer the files activesync or mass storage. Mass storage is alot faster then active sync. To enable this go on start, then press 8,0,9 then change mode to Mass storage.
