Extra Mapped Hardware Button

In my SETTINGS | BUTTONS menu I can assign programs or actions to Button 1 / Button 2 / Button 3 / Button 4 / Button 4 (Hold), but where or what is the next button in my list?

It is just called 'Button'. The assignment is currently set to 'context menu', and if I set it to, (for example), 'calculator' then I can not get calculator to run by pressing any hardware buttons.

Does anyone else have this mysterious extra button appearing in their menus that doesn't seem to have an actual hardware button associated with it?

I believe so .... 2xsoftkeys, talk/end key, 4 way D-pad, Centre D-pad key, start menu key, OK key, power key, camera key, comm manager key and volume up/down. There's not another key lurking somewhere is there??
