shortcut bar problems

Someone help me out

I did a lil organizing by placing all the items on my start menu into folders so that i won't have to click on "more" to get all the way down. it looks neet. but now the shortcut bar on the home screen cannot find their location

please tell me what to do in order to change the recognized locations for the shortcut bar
