I've got a UK T-Mobile SDA II and want some sort of emergency charger [preferably AA or AAA based] that would help me out when camping in the hills.

I did buy a Scotty solar charger but for some reason this won't pass any charge to the phone.

Anyone seen any chargers that might fit the bill??

you'd need pins 4 and 5 of the mini-usb connection soldered together like a car charger to get your charger working
