I never really had a problem with Orange until they started all the Home screen crap - whose idea was that?
I am guessing whoever came up with it was in a state of inebriation at the time.
That was the start of the problems for me....until the other day, when I was mocked by one of their foreign call centre staff, because he could not understand my (very faint), northern accent. And it took him about 5 minutes to work out I was saying "0" not "8".
I felt like going over there and ramming my phone up his bum.
Edited to add: And whenever I speak to them a technical problem, they assume that as I female, that I have the technical IQ of a retarded chicken.
Like when I called them to say that there had been a problem with reception, and I kept being cut off all the time.
"It's a handset fault"
I explained 12 TIMES that it had affected not only my phone, but 6 of my friends on Orange as well.
"No it's your phone"
Had my phone orchestrated some sort of trojan attack on the other phones, I wondered?
It went back to technical support 8 times.
After 3 WEEKS they admitted there had been an outage.
