If so, can you please let me know what you are paying monthly for the service? Having just checked 'My T-Mobile' online, I note that my monthly tariff seems to have increased, yet I have added no other service. I know of at least two others this has happened to - anyone else? More importantly, has anyone asked T-Mob what's happening and have they corrected it? Before anyone asks, I haven't been able to contact them yet but I will be doing. Thanks ... Flext WnW 25 is ?32.50 / month, so take off the 25% which I qualify for and you get ?24.38. That's what I expect my monthly rate to be and I am pretty sure that's what it showed as when I first got the tariff. Now, for some reason it is listed in My T-Mobile as ?27.66! Weird, as I had to submit 3 times and first 2 times said the credit check had failed. Not meant to offend xspyda - Very confusing! my T-mobile (online shows vat & discount etc) but didn't explain about the extra days!
