I believe it's the name of the T-Mobile US PAYG service. From my googling it's seemingly like it doesn't offer anything aside from walled-garden GPRS 
On the plus side, Cingular GoPhone Pick Your Plan seems promising...

Hello Everyone,
Did anyone ever find out if they could for example get DirectPush working on the TMobile Prepaid service? A guy on the Easto forum mentioned to me that it could be done as long as the ActiveSync service was sent over the port 80 (HTTP) service instead of the 443 (SSL) service
. I have yet to verify this but would be interested if someone else had, had any experiences with this Prepaid service.
