The move means consumers will get just one bill from the company for mobile, landline, internet and TV services. Orange also said it would be launching a trial for customers to use one handset to cover mobile, fixed-line and voice over internet (Voip) services. She said tomorrow's going to be enough of a headache now that wanadoo is l'orange.. ahh, Orange is getting its thumbs in far too many pies at once.. I was similarly stunned when NTL said they were getting into fourplay (!!!) - my enduring memory of NTL is the truly, abysmally shocking service I received. I would put NTL, Barclays, Dell and Orange on a par for utterly incompetent service. Of course Acton Housing Association make them seem helpful and knowledgable of their product in comparison but I doubt many of you have come across them!
