hi just wondering if anyone else had expreiancd this.
just got my bill thought from t-mob and they are changing me for calls that i made in the first month of my contract,
all the calls i made prior to the end of my first month have been charged and then on the 1 month of my contract, all calls show up with a "free".
called up t-mob cs and said i think there was a problem with my account and that it was more then likely caused by me upgrading from web'n'walk to web'n'walk pro, (thinking that they did something wrong in the upgrade)
the lady on the phone says, they are aware of an issue where customers are being changed for calls that should be free (on the flex package). and my account was marked on thr 16th as being one of these account and they where looking thought all of this accounts and mine would be adjusted (if any adjustments where needed) when they got to it in thier list...
