I installed a list program on my blackjack.  When I rebooted it never came up completely.
It shows the cingular logo.
I never get past this point.
How do I do a hard reset to  default the phone with out being able to get into the telephone.
Active sync still works and I can see my files.
Please help. my phone is useless.

I just posted the answer over on HoFo, then I saw your message.  With the unit powered off, press and hold the rocker-up key while pressing the power key long enough for the unit to begin powering up (keep holding the rocker-up key until the screen changes).  The screen will prompt you the rest of the way...
