please tell me if this work for you and tell me what phone you have

step 1: install the cab on your device.

step 2: if full application unlocking is required, please run sda-unlock tools on your desktiop computer while your device is connected to desktop computer via activesync.

This will not enable the registry editor to edit the regisistry but it will unlock the phone to allow applications to run
