Hi,
I've reinstalled the software on my pc,and needed to reinstall activesync. Now,when I try to sync my phone with the computer,outlook asks for a profile name and for me to configure a that profile.I don't know how to configure that profile,because this is the first time it asks me to do that;therefore the phone does not sync.
Can anyone tell me how to configure outlook to work with my phone?
I'm using Windows 2000Pro with Servicepack 3,Outlook 2002 and ActiveSync 3.7.1

Problem solved,sorry.Outlook was not properly installed.Worked the third time
