Guest Paul (MVP) Posted January 10, 2007 Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 I seem to have had this on both the HTC P3300 and the MDA Compact III now. Basically, the GPS isn't 'enabling' when you initiate a connection, so it's unusable... fixed only by a hard reset. I guess it's a software conflict of some kind, but it seems to happen at random and doesn't correspond to a software install... very frustrating :) Anyone else seen this? Guest MarkBR Posted January 11, 2007 Report Share Posted January 11, 2007 The GPS has worked flawlessly on mine, despite a fair bit of adding and removing programs. I suppose you could try removing applications one by one to try to find the culprit (assuming its a software conflict), although intermittent faults like yours are always a nightmare to get to the bottom of!
