Guest Paul (MVP)
Crossbow... Windows Mobile 6... the most leaked operating system in the world is still under wraps officially at least... but it looks like those predicting the cat will be let out of the bag at 3GSM could be right! Nestling on the 'MSDN Events and Webcasts' page, you'll find a 14th February session entitled 'MSDN Webcast: MSDN geekSpeak: Windows Mobile 6 with Jim Wilson (Level 200)'. Well, you WERE able to find that... until Microsoft hastily renamed the session. :) Thanks to the goodness that is the Google cache however, you can see the evidence yourself by clicking this link, also screenshotted below. Guest Ingvarr
Its funny how it called Windows Mobile 6 while true (kernel/OS) version is actually 5.2 :) I guess somebody thought that 5.2 would be too small number increase. I, on the other hand think that "6" is quite misleading considering miniscule amount of changes (most prominent is redrawn icons & titlebars, all other changes warrant at most just another AKU). Marketing tricks :D Edited February 1, 2007 by Ingvarr
