I find myself with an annoying problem, I know there is loads of information relating to my device on the site but I don't know what the HTC model name is!

As far as I am concerned I have a T-Mobile MDA Vario II but there doesn't seem to be an easy way to work out what HTC variant this is. As a result I cannot find the right area to look in under the device specific section.

Any chance of a simple device lookup page/app?

It's a Hermes... - http://Hermes.MoDaCo.com :)

You should check out the various 'Pocket PC' related areas too.

We're currently building a database of devices that will allow you to go thru a simple select process to determine your device, see 'sister devices', specs of your device, and have forum content filtered appropriately. You'll also be able to do neat size comparisons like this: http://www.modaco.com/devicedb (Vario II = JASJAM).

Newbie friendliness and easier accessibility is one of those things that's on the list, but always gets bumped down unfortunately :D
