I need help here. I need to send in my O2 XDA Neo for repair I bought this in Hong Kong I contacted O2 HK but they told me since O2 is a German Phone I need to contact O2 Germany??? Makes no sense since I bought the phone there and they even have a O2 HK but the thing is that the german site in in German LOL and I don't understand german any help here?
