I want to return to WM2003 after flashing WM5, but i forgot to make my phone to SuperCID, my phone boot to bootloader, and i can't flash a new WM.

How to flash a bootloader from bootloader?
How to make my phone to SuperCID from bootloader?
Which rom for SPL 2.00.0013 ?
How to flash a new WM ?
