On my previous treo with palm operating system I used a 3rd party program to schedule the phone on and off, thus eliminating ring tones message alerts etc at night. It also prevents you from forgetting to turn on the phone aspect in the morning.

Does anyone know if there is a similar program for this windows os.

Try PhoneAlarm at www.pocketmax.net

It's on V 1.60 Beta 5 at moment and works very well with Treo 750.

It does many things, one of which is timed profile switching, including turning phone radio on or off.

What happens if you have SIM lock on the SIM?  This would mean the app would have to be able to enter the PIN to restart the SIM, but this might defeat the point of having a SIM PIN.

You could also try Dont Forget (freeware) it remninds you of missed SMS/Email/Calls/Reminders and can switch profiles and/or go into Flight Mode
