[JOMVINYA]

I had the phone for 3days. I bought it brand new from ebay. I hadn't done any installing/upgrade on it yet. I was been working perfectly until this morning. I shut itself off during idle/standby and I am unable to turn it back on since. Battery was fully charged night before. When I plug in a charger, no indicator lights comes on. I tried hard resetting but nothing seems to work, no response whatsoever. It's practically dead. Anyone has come across this problem, Please help......I love this phone

Try popping the batter out and putting it back in ensuring it's secure?

Also ensure that the back cover is 100% on properly.  If it's not on, the phone doesn't work.
