OK, so my two month old phone is giving me problems 
IF I can get it to power on, it will boot and then stop responding to any button presses. This is with a sim card, without; with a memory card, without. Most of the time, after taking the battery out and putting it back in, I don't get it to power on. Just a blank screen.
One time after getting it to properly power on and boot, I went through the hard reset procedure (Start>Accessories>Clear storage). No difference. I'm thinking its a dead phone. When it stops responding while it is booting, or even booted, it does this screen thing. You know when you look at a TV through a camera and you see the screen scrolling; well the phone looks like that to the naked eye... like this:

That scrolling isn't from the camera BTW.
