Problems exploring Mobile Device in ActiveSync

Devices:HTC Mteor

Hey!

I have a HTC MTeoR and a QTEK STRTrk. I have no problems exploring the HTC when connected to ActiveSync, but when I connect the QTEK the Mobile Device disappears from My Computer and when I push Explore in ActiveSync explorer goes directly to my C drive and not my Mobile Device.

Any ideas?
