OK thanks

Hi Paul

Is there *any* way of installing them on an SPV M700 (I have already unlocked mine and done a soft reset immediately after the hard reset to stop the Orange customisation)?

Many thanks

Simon

Wouldn't your problem be actually getting the update? HTC require you to enter your serial number or IMEI before you can download the file. If they allow you to download using your M700's serial number/IMEI then they should install fine, but its unlikely that they will download for you.

You would probably be better popping over to the XDA Developers Trinity forums, where there is lengthy discussion on the various ROMs and advice on locating/downloading them.

I've tried a few different ROM's in the cause of research, but at present I'd say there was little point in not continuing to use the supplied M700 ROM. It is apparently a lower AKU number than the HTC, but contains pretty much all the functionality.
