You must enter exactely the same informations as on your Vox settings (same owner name, same phone number for the owner, same email adress for the owner), if you don't do it then the cab received won't app unlock your e650

thats the one i used but it didnt send the file to my hotmail address...

when i filled that form in again, i used an old ukonline address i couold still get to and also put the phone number in International format so i'm not sure aht the decding factor was - the non webbased e-mail address or the +44 number...

about an hour after filling in the form, the e-mail arrived, placed the file in the My Documents

but the unlock seems to have worked for me.
