I have Task Manager set to speed dial on key 8.

Usually, holding down key 8 on the keypad opens Task Manager up fine.

Now to replicate the bug;
Slide open the keyboard, hold number 8 down on the keyboard and task manager will open fine.
Press Home to go back to the home screen.
Close the keyboard, now try holding number 8 down on the keypad, and the speedial no longer works, and no Task Manager opens.

I haven't tried speed dials for anything else so don't know if it's wider spread, but doing it this way on a friends phone has the same outcome.

Anyone else get this?
