I was not happy when I opened the box to the X500 and noticed no owners manual, just a quick start. I have searched all over the Eten web site and found the manual download section but no download was found. I did some more searching and finally found the manual pdf but it was on a Eten forum site, I don't think this is an official site because it is not associated with http://www.etencorp.com. The manual looks legit, now I have a somewhat thorough information on this phone.
