Good morning all.

Our department received a few P4350s last week. While the functionality is great I found that my friends told me that they were calling me all weekend but the phone never rang. (The phone was not turned off)

The others are having the same problem. Sometimes it rings sometimes it doesn't. The longer I leave it idle on the table the more likely I am not to receive a call.

Has anyone met this problem before and has a solution?

Hmm, have you checked the basics like whether you're in silent mode, or if there is a ringtone assigned etc. ?

When it happens it is as if the call nexver existed. No missed call , no voicemail

OK, first start would be to flash the new WM6 update, which has a new radio ROM, and may well solve your problem!

This isn't a generally known issue tho, which network?
