I got a SPV e650 today on pay monthly.. upon getting home and trying to install the software it's failing everytime with a message about flash 8 not being installed or corrupt, I have removed the flash and reinstalled now on 3 different pc's and getting the same result. Within there you will have access to all the extras contained within... it just wont bring up a snazzy "Click Here to Install" type window.
