I have the Blackjack i607

and no matter how many snes downloads i do it always gives me the (.exe is not a valid Win
32 application)

and if it doesn work it says on my device this is not for my device. and it shuts off.

please some one help this noob... no matter what i do i read and read every topic on these and still nothing helps.

Are you trying out the .exe on your comp or phone?  Just try both and one way WILL work.  If not, then you're doing something horribly wrong.

Also, the SNES emulator isnt working too properly for the blackjack at the time.  The whole right part of the screen being screwed up.  Just check a previous topic.
