I bought the O2 Graphite phone about a week ago and I've been having a lot of trouble with getting any coverage at all. At first I thought it could be a problem with my simcard, so I put it back in my old phone to cross check, the simcard was fine.

I tried it with a friend's simcard who is on the same network and it worked fine, and I tried it with another and it didn't work. I thought maybe it had a simlock on it but when I got it working with one simcard I figured that couldn't be it.

I've contacted both the dealer and O2, O2 told me to contact the dealer, the dealer told me to contact O2, I might try and return it though if I can't fix the problem myself and get a replacement or a refund.
