Hello All,

I have owned an o2 XDA exec phone for the last 3 months. It had been running very fine till yesterday when it suddenly died on me. When I try to dial any phone number, it just hangs and the screen stays there for ever. Besides I tried soft reset and hard reset but to no use.

I took out the battery, changed the SIM, cleaned the slots etc. It worked for sometime but now the phone just hangs many times and even on reboot keeps going back to the O2 bubble screen or the windows mobile screen forever.

Please advice what can be done. I would sincerely appreciate all your help.

Someone please help me on this one. Else I am holding  pretty expensive brick.
