i cant sync video to my storage card. and when i put an mp4 on the phone it lags very badly. i checked and made sure no other applications were running on the phone. its rediculous how badly it lags. is there a way to watch videos on my phone. not streaming. without them lagging? i had a phone older and way less powerfull that played videos with no lag.

i just put a small video strait on the phone and its better but still lags. is there a way to make it not lag on a storage card?

Which firmware are you running?
The latest two (i think) have a bug that bogs down memory card transfer rates.
