I've just had my Exec replaced under warranty from O2 (the old one kept telling me there was no SIM card inserted) and the spacebar doesn't work...

All the keys click properly, except for the spacebar, which just doesn't do anything.

Is there a quick fix I can try, or should I just phone the number on the letter and complain? I'd rather get this working than wait another few days to send this off and get it replaced again...

Today, they finally sent the replacement to the correct address (that I specified on every single call I made to them - starting the day I made the previous post).

Possibly not going O2 for the next phone...

Kaiser on a good data bundle, anyone?
