Using Outlook 2007 and Windows Mobile Device Center and T- Mobile Dash w/WM6. Full synch of Contacts works great !!

But I want to have all of my contacts in my Outlook Contacts folder but only synch some of them to my Dash.

Example Outlook folder contains friends and business contacts. I only want business contacts to synch to my Smartphone.

Possible ??

Keep your friends and family in a separate contacts folder in outlook. You can quickly select all your friends and family by grouping by category.
EDIT: I should have added that only contacts in the contacts folder will get synced. Any additional contact folders will be ignored, but you can still select them in outlook of course.
