Hi Folks,
My Ex has a Blackjack and would like to use it with another carrier, Verizon. Is there software that unlocks the phone? Will she still be able to use the internet and email and all?

It wont matter if the phone is unlocked or not, the BJ is a GSM phone and Versions network is CDMA the technologies are completly different.
