Hey destin7.

Firstly can you tell me what the IPL and SPL numbers read on boot up of your device?

If they are something like X.XX.0001 (its the 4 last numbers that actually matter) then your unfortunate and have a G4 device with a newer chip that requires a different costly £20 unlocking procedure that is found here http://www.imei-check.co.uk/

If your lucky and have a G3 device then the digits should read X.XX just 3 numbers which means you can use the procedure found here
