It could be cause you are using qCaps and "Maniac auto keylock" simultaneously. They are incompatible until maniac updates or figures out a workaround.

Try Automatic Keylock by Danny Baumann, Freeware I think, been a while since I downloaded it. It works fine for me as a simple keypad autolock. It has lots of other features but on my q some of the advanced ones casue a glitch here or there. the simple autolock though works great!
