I know for a fact im in a 3g HSDPA area (ATT) I did a test by calling my phone and then trying to send email / browse web while on the call. I get an error message saying to end the call first. This should support data and voice and the same time. HTC Trinity tested out fine same location time and sim. Any thoughts?
