Hi Guys

I was disappointed with the Modaco store (offshoot of mobiles.co.uk) - I ordered a E650 on Orange and it didn't arrive.  Checked the site order status and it had changed from pending to cancelled.

Called them and was told it wasn't cancelled and that they needed to confirm which network I was porting my number to.

Spoke to them again today and told they have been taken over by Carphone Warehouse and that the handset is discontinued and my order has been cancelled.

Have just reordered with bestbuymobilephones.com on the same terms - it's a pity though because I was looking forward to being a Modaco premium member.

Lets hope they sort things out.
