Cingular 2125 memory question

Hi,

My cingular 2125 only has 21.60 MB out of 45.05 available memory without any applications running. Is this all being used up by the OS? Are there any tweaks available to increase my cache? It is kinda slow if I run pocket IE any windows live search.

Any comments appreciated...
