Hi,

I'm new in this forum.

I own a qtek 8500 (since a few days :wub: ).

Today I did an hard reset, but before doing this I took some (very few and disordered) notes about the system to know if the hard reset would have changed anything.

Well in one of the notes I wrote something about "S.P. 2.251.1.0". Now (after the hard reset) I cannot find this information anymore.

Do you know what It means?

Do you know where is it usually wrote?

If It refers to optional software (service pack?), do you know where may I download It?
