All I need is an Orange France Official ROM(WM6) with ExtROM and CID&SIM Lock with this specifications on Touch(P3450):

need it for backup after flashing a custom rom, i need to change the language from french to english

if no1 has it can some one help dump it, i tryed 10 times folowing diferent tutorials and i just can't get the files.

Or if anybody has English MUI files that will work with this
