The only real mods on mine are percentage battery symbol Changed font on HTC Home Removed Profile and weather tabs on HTC Home - I don't use them The Iphone like buttons are a custom skin for Phone Alarm - which takes care of my profile chanegs and wifi/bluetooth activation.
