WM6 Update Crash

I was updating my Graphite to WM6 and the installer on my PC crashed. The phone still displays "System is updating" and I am scared to touch it incase I break it completely. I think it is a windows problem due to the fact that the installer crashed when I had a notification that my "ASUS Jupiter device had been installed". Any suggestions?
