I am on firmware version 11, I hear that I can upgrade to v12 but need advice on how to do this.  I cannot find the n95 in the device specific section of the forum, not sure what its technical name is.

any help is much appreciated!

This is a Windows Mobile forum; the N95 is a Symbian device, so you would probably get more help Here  ;)
